At Detoxinveda, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic wellness products. Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, returns and refunds are handled carefully under the conditions mentioned below.

Please read this policy before placing an order.

1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

• ✅ Product received is damaged or leaked

• ✅ Wrong product delivered

• ✅ Product missing from the order

• ✅ Manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused

• The product must be in original packaging

• Proof (photo/video) must be provided

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

• ❌ Opened or used products

• ❌ Change of mind after purchase

• ❌ Personal dislike of smell/taste

• ❌ Results not as expected

• ❌ Minor packaging wear due to shipping

Ayurvedic products may show gradual results depending on individual body type and lifestyle.

3️⃣ Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order ID

• Clear photos of the product

• Unboxing video (for damaged items)

• Description of the issue

Requests received after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4️⃣ Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5️⃣ Reverse Pickup

If the issue is verified as a mistake from our side (wrong/damaged product):

• We will arrange reverse pickup
  OR

• Reimburse reasonable return shipping charges

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the product back.

6️⃣ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched.
